We just wanted to thank you again for all of your help finding our home. This weekend we went to an open house in our neighborhood, the floor plan was exactly the same as ours. There of course were a few differences…what they did not have was an awesome back yard and a huge basement or a (awesome) downstairs shower. We did get some cool decorating ideas and some nifty storage ideas as well. Also we were very excited to see market appreciation since we bought our home. Thank You so much we both love you and your dedication for what you have helped us accomplish. We look forward to celebrating St. Patty's day with you.

Mitch Shannon was my real estate agent from July of 2006 to October of 2006. He did an excellent job. He was very prompt, organized and had plenty of properties for me to look at on short notice. As I was out of state a great deal of that time we corresponded by e-mail and phone. He answered my calls and e-mails quickly and fully. Mitch was very responsive, thoughful and interested in knowing exactly what my critiria were and what I needed in a condominium. The web site that Mitch set up for his clients was convenient and east to use. I was able to continue looking even though I was in Kentucky. Mitch also made himself available to my son (living here in Denver) so he could look at the property I was interested in. After I made an offer on a condo and it was accepted, he kept me informed about the process, the loan proceedings and helped be to get settled afterwards. I would recommend him without reservation for anyone looking to buy any kind of home.
